At Kalasians, each product is lovingly handcrafted by skilled artisans from across India using traditional techniques and natural materials. Because our pieces are not mass-produced or machine-made, each item is unique, and there may be occasional delays or challenges in production and delivery.

We are committed to ensuring that your order is carefully finished, thoroughly quality-checked, and securely packaged before shipping. We will keep you informed throughout the process and address any challenges that arise. Your purchase reflects the collective effort and dedication of many talented individuals.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with the tracking AWB number. You can use this to track your package’s current location. Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including the zip code and a mobile number, to facilitate smooth delivery. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your order three times; after that, it will be returned to us, and your order will be cancelled.

While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated time frame, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. If your order is delayed, please contact us for an update, and we will assist you.

For residences and offices on the ground floor, products will be handed over at the doorstep. 

Please note that we do not accept exchanges or returns on international orders. Customs duties, as applicable, are payable by the customer at the time of delivery. Please review all product descriptions carefully before making your purchase.
